How to receive a referral bonus:

1. Print out and complete the Customer Referral PDF form.*
2. Have a friend or relative sign up for Info Link's service and present referral at time of sign up.
3. Receive a $25.00 credit for each customer that you refer to Info Link!**

There is no limit to the number of referrals you can have, nor is there a limit to how many credits you receive. Only one referral form will be accepted for each new customer. Offer is valid on new or returning dial-up or wireless customers only.

* PDF files require Adobe Reader, a free program. If you are unable to open the Customer Referral PDF file, you may have to download it.

** Each referred customer must be in good standing for at least three months before the credit is issued.
